Privacy Policy

This page explains what data we collect and why. We do not display personal information publicly.

Data we collect

Account data (via Clerk): identifiers used to sign you in, such as email and a Clerk user ID.
Giveaway participation data: entries, referrals, draw participation, and winner status.
Winner claim data (only if you submit a claim): legal name, phone, optional address, and payout method.
Advertising delivery data: when an ad is served, we record the ad ID, page path, slot, timestamp, and (optionally) an internal user ID.

How we use data

To operate daily claims, referrals, draws, and winner claims.
To prevent fraud, debug issues, and keep the site secure.
To measure product performance using analytics (GA4). We do not send winner claim PII to analytics.

Access controls

Winner claim information is treated as sensitive and is intended to be accessible only to admins for payout verification.

Public pages (like Winners) display usernames only.

Retention

Winner claim information is kept only as long as needed for verification and payout operations. We aim to minimize retention of sensitive claim records.

Operational target: delete winner claim PII after payout within a limited period (for example, within 180 days), subject to operational and legal requirements.
